This dish foresees to brown 2 halved cloves of garlic and nepitella in 50 gs of butter; the garlic hardly becomes flushed add 300 gs of porky mushrooms to slices; salty, peppery and brown for few minutes; add 1 liter and ¼ of light broth; when it starts to boil united, to rain, 150 gs of yellow flour and cook, often mixing, for 30; at the end soup will have to stay enough liquid (eventually to still add ¼ of liter of broth). can serve on croutons. |
